We accept insurance and are currently in-network with Medicare, Cigna, BCBS, Humana, and Aetna. We are in the contract phase with most insurance carriers. If you are an individual without insurance or you would prefer not to use your insurance due to high deductibles and costly co-pays, we offer self-pay options at a flat rate.
