Manual THERAPY

Manual therapy is a physical treatment primarily used by physical therapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it most commonly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), trigger point release, stretching, and joint manipulation. It's a hands-on technique aimed at alleviating pain, increasing range of motion, reducing or eliminating soft tissue inflammation, inducing relaxation, improving tissue repair and flexibility, and facilitating movement.
Evidence supports the effectiveness of manual therapy in treating various conditions. However, its efficacy can vary depending on the individual's specific condition, the skill level of the therapist, and the overall treatment plan. This service is intended to treat a particular region of the body that you need to address. We do not provide full body spa massages.
